Good luck, Danielle!

Some of you may have noticed that our cheery daycare manager, Danielle Knight, hasn't been around for the past few weeks. Sadly for us, Danielle has accepted a paralegal job closer to home. It was a very difficult decision for Danielle to leave Gemini since she has formed so many great relationships over the years with her two- and four-legged friends, but the time was right for her to move on and put her professional training to use.

She has promised to stop by and help out when she needs a doggie fix, though, so you may see her from time to time!

We will absolutely miss Danielle's commitment to the dogs and to Gemini. There's no better "Queen of Clean" out there! ;-) Good luck, Danielle!

Have Your Next Doggie Birthday Party at Gemini Dogs!

Attention all Moms and Dads! We are now hosting doggie birthday parties! Woohoo!

Gemini Dog Deja Blu recently celebrated her first birthday with us. Deja's Mom, Nancy Basley, invited 12 of her daycare buddies and her littermate Scout to the party. They all had a great time chasing each other around the large training room and playing doggie games.

While the dogs enjoyed a special bone cake, their owners snacked on their own treats and had fun watching the dogs play. Deja received many gifts and treats and is enjoying them all. In fact, she told her Mom that she can't wait until she turns two and has another party!

Agility Trial set for Aug. 25-26

We are excited to announce that we have set the date for our summer agility trial! Join us August 25-26 for a weekend of fun and games!

We are still working on the details, so keep your eyes open for the official premium. Meanwhile, here's what we can tell you:

• Opening postmark: July 6
• Entries close: Monday, Aug. 13
• Move-ups close: Thursday, Aug. 16

• Saturday: Fullhouse, Standard, Wildcard, Snooker
• Sunday: Jackpot, Standard, Colors, Jumpers

This is an outdoor trial.

CGC/Therapy Dog Class Starting Soon

If your dog has good manners, sign up for this CGC and Therapy Dog prep course!

The class focuses on practicing and perfecting the CGC Test Items, and will be followed by a CGC Test Night. The purpose of the program is to ensure that our your companion can be a respected member of the community.
