We Come When Called!

Yes! You can have a Certified Pet Dog Trainer come to your home and assist you in the training your dog! With private lessons, you will receive personal attention that is customized to meet the individual needs of you and your dog. You'll learn and practice in real-world situations and because it’s both personalized and flexible, you and your dog will learn at your own pace!

Along with basic skills such as sit, down, stay, come, and walk on leash, we can address concerns like the polite greeting of guests to your home, house training, leaving food and objects alone, separation issues, and any problem areas such as barking, destructive chewing, nipping, and more.

Private in-home training is offered with both daytime and evening sessions available to fit your busy schedule. Tuition discount packages are available.

Interested? Then call (508-243-3922) or email Gemini Dogs Senior Instructor and Behavior Consultant Paul Emerson, CPDT, for more information and to schedule your first session.

Join Skooter for a Haircut This Saturday!

Please join Gemini Dog Skooter at a haircut-a-thon this Saturday, Jan. 27 at Unique Hair Salon in Westford, MA. All proceeds will benefit the JBB Project, a wonderful charity that helps children and their families better understand and cope with their cancer journey. Come on by even if you don't need a haircut and learn more about Joey's Blood Buddies!

Unique Hair Salon
434 Littleton Rd (Rt 110), Westford (map it)
(Only 3.5 miles from Gemini)
12-3; $20 per haircut

Skooter, a Therapy dog in training, visits the Oncology children at The Floating Hospital in Boston and they adore him! He performs well for them, as if he knows he is there to work and make the kids smile. Skooter helps pass time for kids getting chemo, gets quiet kids talking, gets them out of bed, and makes parents smile when they see their child shake hands with him.

The JBB Project, Inc. was founded locally to help inspire creativity during a difficult journey with childhood cancer. Sick children and their families have already benefited from this project, utilizing its Buddy Awards, charts, jewelry, and a visit with Skooter. With your help, The JBB Project can continue its nationwide efforts and hopes to raise funds to support research projects for Neuroblastoma and other forms of childhood cancer.

Welcome to the Gemini Dogs Family!

Say hi to Travers, the new black Lab puppy of Daycare staffers Michelle Porter and Penny Allen. Travers joins his brother Ogden and sister Zoie in daycare every day while Michelle is hard at work, and even pulls a late shift now and then with Penny. Travers is also enjoying Puppy Playschool on Monday nights, so if you've got a young pup lookin' for a new friend, come on over!

Thanks Mom!

Just sending out a nice big thank you to Rena Borelli for donating three big bags of old sheets and blankets to the Daycare doggies. They'll definitely be put to good use!

The daycare dogs like to snuggle up in fluffy towels and some even like to nibble on them! We also use them to dry the dogs off on rainy days like today. So when you decide to spruce up your bathroom or kitchen, spruce up a crate instead! Any staffer will happily accept your donation. Thank you!

After spending the next few weeks at home bonding with his new sister, Blue Moon and Star will be joining us in daycare everyday!

Aww, isn't he just the cutest? :-)

Gemini Dogs customer Dave Dubinsky recently emailed this note to us. Thanks Dave!

The very best to all of you throughout this holiday season and for all of 2007! Shiba loves his days at Gemini. Your staff is very capable and very loving! As soon as I begin to bark and paw at the door when I want to go outside, I'll enroll myself in your daycare program!
